Hey! I'm Hayden Lenord and I am the guy smiling holding a baby goat. I am from Dubbo NSW and moved to Canberra at the start of 2017 to begin my four year double degree at The University of Canberra.

I graduated at the end of 2020 with a double degree of Bachelor Event and Tourism Management/Bachelor Communications (Public Relations) at The University of Canberra.

Currently, I work as the Marketing Officer for both the Army and Army Reserve brands at Defence Force Recruiting. This role features the management of multiple projects at once, while building strong stakeholder relationships with personnel at Army Headquarters and the creative agency we are contracted with (VMLY&R).

I also work as a bar supervisor at Bentspoke Brewing Co where I manage a staff of up to 14 staff per night. I manage customer enquiries and ensure that Canberra's best beer is poured with pride and staff morale is high at all time.

Prior to working with Bentspoke Brewing Co. I have worked in a variety of fields including marketing, public relations, events, pharmacy, telecommunications, after school care, event bar tending and promo/activation work. The variety of skills I have achieved from these has given me knowledge in customer service, time management and working independently.

I have so far have the privilege to work on large scale events with companies including Mothership Events, Kicks Entertainment, Destination NSW, UC Life, Mazda Australia, Canberra Raiders, Cattleyard Promotions, UC Capitals Basketball Team, Dyson and Unilodge.

In terms of hobbies, I love going away and exploring new places. Going away to remote rock pools just to take in the beauty of the world without twenty other tourists around telling me to hurry up. Apart from that; cars and motorsport are a passion of mine, as well as music. Though I cannot play an instrument to save my life!

You can follow my adventures on my Instagram or just simply meet me and I can tell you about them firsthand!
